Definition (Rule 106 IR)

The GAM aim to supervise students in the effective management of their conflicts, in order to obtain constructive answers, extracting from each situation any positive aspects, and to favour the development of a disciplined educational environment.

 

GAM Objectives (Rule 107 IR)

  1. Mediate disciplinary situations;
  2. Establish commitments for personal and interpersonal development;
  3. Focus on students with recurrent inappropriate behaviour;
  4. Work with referrals by the educator, head teacher, class director, GAA or Management, with knowledge of the class director;
  5. The ARPA team may also refer students to the GAM
